There is something so elegant about a turtleneck with a statement necklace. It's effortless work chic. Good Fortune

Go all in, forgo the backup plan. That is the fortune I selected to go inside my fortune cookie necklace from Fortune & Frame. I am the kind of person who makes backup plans. Heck, I make back up plans for my back plans. Lately though, I have been working on 'letting go' and relinquishing more control to the universe (... as if I had any control in the first place - such a type A personality over here haha).

In both my professional and personal life for the past few weeks I've been working hard to go all in and give every decision my all without (too much) planning / worrying about the future.

At work, I've been wearing this fortune cookie necklace and gorgeous blazer over and over to as little reminders to go all in. This blazer is definitely the best blazer I own. It is made from double pressed Italian wool and the tailoring is just beautiful. I even had a colleague ask about it earlier this week! She stopped me in the hall to ask where on earth I got such a well made blazer. The material has a touch of sheen to it, (consistent with it being such high quality material), and it just pops!

Between the blazer and the necklace I am forcing myself to go all in in my decisions and plans. Denim Days

Being in corporate wear all week, sometimes it's nice to just throw on an easy dress. This wrinkled denim dress is perfect for a laid back weekend look.

In the spring, a great way to 'ease in' to your summer style is by pairing your dresses with ankle boots. This keeps your look from being too summery with the added bonus of having warm feet haha. 

I got these ankle boots while in Curacao last month (see my trip review here). Who would have guessed Curacao would have great ankle boots?! I was definitely surprised by how great the shopping was.
