Since today is the last day of August (ahhh! how did that happen?!) I wanted to show one last summer outfit. This outfit was on major repeat this summer, and I think it is the perfect way to "end" my summer blog posts. Why you ask? Well, as a nearly 30-something woman (ahh!) It's hard to find shorts that fit the way I want them to - short but not too short. These MNG Mango ones are perfect! I also LOVED the lemon print trend this summer (okay, who am I kidding - I loved all the print trends - watermelon, flamingo, etc.) All of the elements of this outfit - the lemon print top, the shorts, and the heels - are items that will still be perfect for next summer so I am leaving my summer posts with that!

An oh-so-comfy, oh-so-summery, outfit seemed perfect for your Friday morning. I have been living in this outfit this summer! The target tee is my new essential basic, and I love these palm print shorts. Paired with my favourite sunnies & favourite sandals, this outfit is just pure summer happiness to me! 

I HAVE to tell you guys about these sandals. So, if you follow my blog you may recall my "travel & fashion" post on Greece. As I mentioned in that post these are custom made sandals from Athens. I have been drooling all summer over the rhinestoned sandal trend but did not want to shell out the +$70 that I kept seeing ones for. So, I got my comfy custom made sandals and super glued on a bunch of rhinestones from Michaels. These instantly became my favourite sandals. 

I get SO many compliments on these gold armed sunglasses of mine! They look so much more expensive than they actually are and the quality is wayyyy better than my usual cheap sunnies. While I will always love opportunities to get all dressed up, in the summer, I find myself most often in shorts and a graphic tee. It's a casual look that transitions between summer "on-the-go" activities; from brunches, to walks on the beach, to backyard hangouts. These are some of my favourite tees & shorts that are available right now. The "Building my Empire" one is my absolute favourite and I may just have to order it this week!

I am STILL recovering from my hike on Sunday haha. It probably didn't help that I had a dance class Monday night too. I am definitely spending this evening in a hot tub, resting my sore muscles!!
