Happy Monday! I wear this look every year around this time. It is my favorite way to feel like I am in the Christmas spirit while still being work appropriate. It brings a bit of festivity to an office environment!
My skirt and shirt are both old - the skirt is from J Crew and the top from H&M. I have however found two similar red pencil skirts and, the best part, they are both under $60! I have also linked up two similar white blouses - the one is the same one I am wearing from H&M except it has black trim, which is so beautiful!
The red and white outfit is, clearly, festive on it's own but given the time of year I wanted to add a bit of extra sparkle to the outfit; more than I would likely wear to work other than during the holidays. So, I accessorized the look with a pair of crystal statement earrings and one of my favorite statement necklaces - the Lucy crystal collar from Olive and Piper. I hope you are all in for a productive but fun work week ahead. I am working insane hours Monday- Wednesday (day and night court) but I am excited for things to slow down come Thursday and Thursday night I am having a little Christmas get-together at my place for friends to come over and wrap their Christmas presents, write their Christmas cards etc. Basically an excuse to hang out with friends during such a busy time of year without feeling guilty since everyone will be getting their Christmas present/card prep done!
